Quiet Mind Mountain Lodge, Retreat & Spa

"My wife and I visited Julian for an anniversary trip. We saw Quiet Mind online and booked a 2 night stay for a pretty decent price. The staff was incredible. The location is so nice. Every room faces Lake Cuyamaca which is quiet and beautiful to look at, especially early in the morning and late in the evening. We enjoyed playing billiards at night and some jacuzzi time which also overlooks the lake. There was a brief issue with our hot water which the staff fixed super fast. We could probably mention a few very minor issues just like every place has but our stay was generally awesome and we had a blast together. We spent much of our time in Downtown Julian which is only about a 10 minute drive. I recommend trying Quiet Mind, especially if you're looking for somewhere unique and quiet."

"Sarah and Adam were wonderful hosts!! This is my husband and Is second time here. This time we brought our siblings. Just as we were in awe when we first came, they had the same reaction. We were just as surprised as the first time and fell in love with this oasis once more. It was very relaxing and calming. We went to the meditation room and played downstairs in the play area. We also enjoyed the shared kitchen/library and even played chess. The breakfast was also delicious and healthy and all the other guests were very nice when they came for shared breakfast. The place was 15 mins from Julian so you can go to a busier area for a meal. At night time the stars were so bright and beautiful. It was such an amazing stay. We will be coming again and bringing more loved ones for sure: thank you Adam and Sarah for making our stay wonderful!"

"My wife and I had an amazing experience at Quiet Mind Retreat! We booked the Intentional Love Package and we loved every minute of it. From the moment we checked in, Sarah was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The views from our room were breathtaking. Every meal we ordered was super delicious. The couples activities that were planned helped us relax and reconnect as a couple. All staff for the activities were friendly and really made our experiences special! We even had a chance to take a walk around the lake across from the hotel. We would love to come back!"

"This place was Quiet and serene. Sarah was on concierge, her and team from front desk to kitchen staff and housekeeping were amazing. My significant other and I were there is past week to celebrate his birthday. We stayed in the Royal suite and it was very roomy with a beautiful view of the lake. My significant other enjoyed the yoga session. The food was tasty and fit his dietary needs perfectly. I would definitely come back again and recommend this location and this staff to a friend( actually I already have)!"

"We recently went up to the Quiet Mind Mountain Lodge for an anniversary picnic and to see the property for a future wellness couples stay. The grounds are beautiful, and the staff (especially Sarah, who we've been working with) are phenomenal. Everyone was so kind, and we felt so welcomed and cared for. The facilities like the meditation room, lake view sitting room (near where we had our indoor picnic), and communal kitchen were inviting. The day had scattered rain and clouds, so our picnic was moved indoors - but that didn't deter from the experience. We watched the clouds and sprinkles flow over the lake, and we played available couple card games between our meal courses. We are DEFINITELY going to be back for a full multi-day stay. We can't say enough good about the lodge and its positive energy, and we are so looking forward to returning soon. Thank you for making our anniversary so memorable!"
