After a terrible experience with Doctor Sheffield I went to another Medical Spa to get lip filler because I was not happy with the results of the fillers by Doctor Sheffield and I was told he had injected too deep into the muscle that the filler was going INSIDE of my lips instead of projecting outward and that’s why i didn’t see the results I had hoped for. During this consultation it was brought to my attention that I now have bumps of filler on the inside of my lips and the only steps I can take to correct this are pay to get the filler completely dissolved, then start over and refill my lips, a process that would cost thousands of dollars total and take months of time. I have no idea what this Mrs M character you’re talking about is. I have videos of my entire visit with Doctor Sheffield where he openly refuses to do what I for my lips. And the 700 dollar charge from you guys from my bank, I most definitely paid you guys."

"This is my third visit to this med spa for Botox. I was quite nervous the first time but Dr. Sheffield put me at ease very easy with his calm demeanor and kindness. He answered all of my questions in full detail and gave me a lot of reassurance. The results were excellent again which made my very happy. Dr. Sheffield was great and he is very gentle with a great technique. I didn’t have any pain from the Botox injections, I didn’t feel a thing which is amazing.
