"My child has been going to Bay Meadows KinderCare for a year now. She started in infants, now in Toddlers, and I couldn't be happier with this school. The teachers are amazing, and we love how updated we are each day through the App! My toddler is learning so much, she surprises me each day with things she's learned! Nothing feels better than your child being excited to go to school every day!"

"Wouldn’t trust going forward. I had both virtual and in-person tour at Bay Meadows. On the day of in-person tour, center staff told us that there will be opening on our desired starting date. Shortly after, we registered on Kindercare website and paid a fee, when making the payment, we also called Bay Meadows to confirm that they received. We were told that a spot was secured. However, a month later, when we called to alter the start date, we were told that they have no record of me, and I am not registered. I had to forward Kindercare confirmation email to the center director, and still she told us that they had no history of my email or contact."

"I honestly can say that we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Kindercare, Baymeadows. Our youngest loves going to school, and will stand at the door from 6:30am onwards waiting anxiously to get to school to see her friends and her teachers. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. I appreciate how attentive they are and really value how they report any issues or possible cause for alarm. Miss Mimi and Anela are wonderful and very efficient. The app is amazing too, I love keeping updated as our daughters day unfolds. The staff that welcome the littles in the morning are also great. Emma loves Ms Shirley especially, but all her teachers have been a great home away from home. Choosing a day care especially during a pandemic is no easy feat, we could not be more grateful how Kindercare, Baymeadow has gone above and beyond to help ease the transition. Emma has flourished. She eats well, sleeps well and loves all her play and learning activities. It takes a very special person to do all that you all do for our little girl. "The director Mimi really cares about the kids and the families. The staff is very attentive and is very understanding of all beliefs and values. They also all update patents regularly regarding development. I still can not believe how they keep the facility clean at all times. My daughter went to this facility for over a year and I felt reassured and confident that she was in a safe place and structured environment."
