"Virtually impossible to sell here. Came back two separate times and they would only offer store credit (to be used only at their location). Waste of time and effort and the store employees are extremely rude. Would not recommend selling here, there are plenty of other locations that offer astronomically better customer service. Do not tell people to come back the following day to sell if you are still going to offer the same lame excuse of only allowing store credit because of low register amounts (REPEATEDLY)."

"I wanted to sell some clothes so I called beforehand to make sure they were still taking clothes. The automatic voice message said that they take clothes one hour before closing. This was a Monday so they closed at 9pm. I went around 5:30pm. The lady at the register said that they already closed the buy counter. She said they close it around 4pm. Then I asked another lady at the register who just started her shift and she said they close around 5:30pm-6pm. It was around 5:30pm at this point, so I'm not sure what the problem was. I was holding heavy bags and they were giving my mixed answers about when they close. I'd recommend just taking your clothes to sell elsewhere because it seems like they change their mind every five seconds about their own hours."
