"I went in to purchase a gatorade for my 8 year old child and decided to purchase a two dollar vodka, scratch off, and lotto ticket. I left my wallet in the car across the street because I hadn't intended on getting anything else. I couldn't purchase the alcohol (which I understood without ID) nor could I purchase the scratch off or lotto ticket. I've never been asked to show identification to purchase lotto tickets."
