"Amazing local butcher shop serving the highest quality beef, friendly and professional owner who can answer all the questions you have. Can you imagine how much of a difference it would make when you use grounded up USDA Prime filet mignon and ribeye for your burger? I could not, and was more than surprised by how much better it tasted than chuck or other cuts. It is full of beef flavor and so fresh that my hands smell like steak (in a good way)when I formed the patties. I will definitely go back to buy other full cuts, would recommend to anyone who loves high quality meat."

"Many fantastic experiences here. All meat is locally sourced, sustainably raised. They could tell me exactly which farm each product came from, and it was all from local sources. Meat has been all my father has wanted to eat while going through chemotherapy, and staff have been incredible with recommendations for bone broths and other selections. Best filet I’ve ever had, they even seasoned them perfectly before packaging. Well worth the cost if you can visit them."
