"Its kind of sad what has become of this store. Used to be a great place to shop. Now with everything locked up behind security doors, it is a really unpleasant experience. If you want anything someone has to come and bring a key, open the door up and then you can get your item. If you are trying to buy multiple items you have to keep going to the front of the store to find someone to open the door for you. Big hassle and you just end up not getting everything you need because its locked down like Fort Knox in there. Too bad all the shoplifting has kind of wrecked this store."

"CVS has gone from a great store to a state of confusion and poor service. There is a poor service attitude and they are bottle necked at self check out with many customers having difficulty with the machines. Staff seems poorly trained and educated. Overall CVS is a mere shadow of a formerly well run pharmacy."
