"First & foremost the place is cleaned. Staff were very friendly. Dr.Chen was very informative about the consultation that was in for. I went for hydra facial consultation. I wanted to know more about like the process, the benefits as well post treatment and costs. Dr. Chen shared those info with me which was great. I also shared with Dr. Chen what treatments I have done in the past as well current RX that I am using. Overall, she made me feel comfortable. There was no pressure only suggestions what it can do to my skin. She also provided other treatments they have that are non invasive treatments if something I want to purse in the future.
