"I get that it’s their job to help customers trust me I get it…but every time I come in about 7 different associates will ask me if I need help within 1 minute of each other and it’s annoying! as a customer I just want to look at all the different makeup and new releases and swatch different things. I promise if I need help I will ask! I Maybe I’ll just walk around with my AirPods in my ear but I was reading some of the other reviews and they were saying the customer service here is bad but I’ve never experienced that here but then again I’m the type of customer that doesn’t like to be bothered but anyways…They are fully stocked on merchandise. They don’t have much perfume though."
"I love Sephore.... on line. Their products are top notch but over the years it's become more and more clear that the company doesn't want to pay employees to be in the store. The few that are there are always too busy to help, tp busy chatting with each other, and there's generally only one person working the cashier register and if you want anything, it's your responsibility to find help instead of employees asking can they help you....a fashioned concept called customer service."
