"Don't waste your time. Called in for an appointment and asked for a haircut that day. The lady who picked up the phone said "Don't have any today" and hung up. Ok... That's one way to win new customers. Plenty else to chose from in Monterey. I urge others to do the same. Since customer service was lousy off the bat - I am making the assumption that I'll get the same if I actually showed up for an appointment."
"My and my two daughters are visiting Monterey and needed to blowdry our hairs. We're staying in the hotel in front of this salon. The ladies were really nice and everything was great, only downside is I think the price is too high, $50 per washing (we took our shampoo/conditioner) and blowdrying (simple blowdry)/per person. Don't know if it's the regular price or it's because we're tourist and evidently only visiting for the day."
