"Owner and receptionist need to take a class on customer service, they are both unprofessional. Got a couple’s 90min massage and was done 15min early. Instead of keeping their customers happy, the owner wanted to prove us wrong and had so much excuses including sharing their masseuse’s personal issues, tip to the owner and front line, just apologize and give your customers a discount on their next visit or throw in something extra. You will keep them coming and refer your business. In addition, their beds squeak and they play the same music over and over again. Go to Oceanic Foot Spa or Cloud Nine, great owner and all front staff are very professional and super friendly. They know how to keep their customers happy."

"I love this place SO much its ridiculous OK, spas are expensive in the silicon Valley and often you're left feeling like you only had 30-40 minutes of your 60-min massage. $120 before tip is typical, right? And we all know those other "massage" places advertising $50 massages aren't exactly massage places... so you're left paying too much for too little. Well water spa it up!! I would say I've always had a great masseuse but Jimmy is by far my favorite. He pops every bone in your body using gentle pressure. Deep tissue is his thing so be ready to be relaxed after."

"This was my first time ever going out to get a professional massage with a facial, deep tissue massage, and hot stone finish. The facial was amazing and the miss working with my was all about my peace and tranquility. It was a little awkward going to the massage room from the first room trying to carry my stuff and not freak out as my rob was trying to open. Lastly I am a 6'7 slim male so I understand I don't fit in most areas. That being said, the gentleman handling my massage kept tapping his croch on my head, feet and elbows when he was working on me. It felt very awkward and was hard to speak up about it given how tough this little guy was working. I know it's my first time, but I can't be the only one unsettled by that. For what I paid, I was not satisfied with my experience. I'm grateful for the effort everyone put in for my experience as it was a few hours before closing. I hope I can return for a better experience."

"Highly disorganized establishment centered entirely around squeezing every client for maximum tips, rather than the customers' well being or providing the advertised service. We started with a wonderful hot tub and then were moved to a cold room where the masseuse' hands, oil, scrub were cold, technique was rushed and abrasive and the shower had only like-warm water, we caught cold. Hot stones and essential oil was paid for, but we didn't receive it, because the masseuses didn't understand the front desk lady, said she didn't tell them. The front desk made a mistake and forced the masseuses to work after closing time, 9 pm, then aggressively pushed us for large tips on not professionally performed services, which didn't deserve even the fees we paid upfront. Based on their reaction to receive their tips, I'm guessing the masseuses depend entirely on tips and are not paid portion of the services fees. This place should be investigated, not stimulated."
