"My father wanted to begin Green card process for his wife and 2 sons with MHA Translation Services, who charged us the first fee to begin the document applications for all 3. 2-3 months into the application process, MHA moved and left the case with no previous notice, call, or any information of whereabouts and took the fees that we paid.
