"It is not a private park. It's opened to the public. Anyone can enjoy the lake and it has paddle boat rides."
"A small neighborhood park with a great paved walkway for strollers, wagons, walkers, runners, scooters, bicycles, or runners! There is lots of grass and a small playground area with swings and shady benches. A drinking fountain and bathroom are right next to the playground but it was padlocked up yesterday when we went there."
