"I have a deep affection for Vallarta, but I do wish that the management at this particular branch could be more like the one located on Topanga and Roscoe. Despite my fondness for Vallarta, I must express my disappointment by giving it a rating of one star. This low rating is primarily due to the lack of satisfactory customer service, particularly from Janet, a young lady working in the deli. Janet consistently displays a negative attitude and tends to abandon her post whenever there is a queue of customers in need of assistance."
"I love this market, quality of produce, clean store, friendly staff. The kitchen is clean, the only complaint is the food is too spicy, in the past we always buy food here because the good taste, still have good taste but too hot, I think they put too much Chile. Please make sure the children can be able to eat that food or customers who do not eat spicy food. Overall, I love the store and the management."
"So I went 2 times in a week. Last time I left my wallet there and they had it for me when I went back in a panic, while I at lunch from work. They need more help in the kitchen. They didn't have some of the items to sell, and the wait was longer than other Vallartas that have more people. They were very nice even though it was clear they are being over worked and lack support from a having a bigger team to provide a less stressful environment. The income will increase from the customers if the staff is supported with more staffing. I myself will not be going there much if I don't see things change. I don't feel good about supporting any business that makes a lot of money from the backs of the employees, when they can afford more staffing. Give me a break."
"I don't shop at Vallarta per se. I just go to the deli section with the hot foods and order my favorite carnitas. Sometimes there's a line and I usually have to wait but in my opinion, it's worth it. The only downside would be the price coming in just under $12 a pound. Overall the staff are courteous and friendly and the store is clean and bright. For my shopping experience I give it 4 out of 5 stars.****"
"Their own employees tell me they re-use the same grease, oil and food from the day before . Some even tell me they drop food and put it back for sale. I stopped eating here years ago."
