"I wish I could have the opportunity to meet Ms. Ortega, I chose this place for the great reviews, it is hard to trust attorney's this days, but the lack of professionalism from the staff is very disappointing, I paid $100 dollars to reserve my spot and they came up with different excuses , I do get that attorneys have a busy life but if you are paying for a service, at least they should've notified the client with time, I missed a class one full day of work plus my husband's time, only because they didn't do their work, if this is only with an appointment, what I can expect from my case."
