"Card stuck twice in a roll, on station 2 and 3, Spent 20mins in total, waiting for friendly staff to restart the machine. I was using it like normal, insert -> wait for signal to remove -> try to remove -> card stuck. Machine is really old."

"This review is for the car wash. 5 stars because it’s cheap ($13 for the premium wash), it’s fast (5 minutes start to finish, usually no line), and it gets the job done (my car is clean). If I had a super nice car and cared a bit more about avoiding micro scratches and achieving a head-turning shine I’d consider other options, but at least for now, this is exactly what I’m looking for. I’ll be back."

"Very clean and the people that work there or extremely helpful and I was surprised to learn that every Shell station is a loop station. If you get a card you can get a free coffee or any size soda drink free each time you visit. There are 28 Loop shell franchises in San Francisco but they do not say Loop they just have food shop on the outside but all you do is ask them if they are Loop participants and let them know you have a card or that you want one and you can get one and the services that come along with it"

"I stop here two or three times a week. The staff are pleasant and this place has all kinds of munchies, drinks (including several Icee flavors and fruit smoothies) and more. They also have a car wash that doesn't leave scratches on my car."
