I went to Neil because he was recommended to me by a family member I told him about my case and don’t get me wrong he’s very knowledgeable, but when it comes to follow ups he never answers his phone, nor emails. I understand that there’s many other cases he’s working on besides mine but he should at least follow up back within a few days, if you go to his office he’s never there; matter of fact it looks like a ghost office with piles and piles of mail, he was quick on processing my payment tho, not the paperwork I need from him."
