"Was told to be here by dispatch at 1500. Arrived at 1430 to being told that the appointment isn't until 1600 and that they would not even touch us until 1600. No big deal. Here it is 1700 and still have not been loaded. Person in the office is rude and they are very slow. Next to no trailers on the lot to be loaded. This is new construction so doesn't show up on Google maps. Don't arrive early if they are busy they will tell you to leave and come back. If I could give them zero stars I would."
