"I've lived in this neighborhood for eight years. I shop at Trader Joes almost every 5 days. TODAY WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD HERE. THE MANAGER AND CASHIER WERE THE WORST CASE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Not only are customers at this location experiencing their wallets and purses stolen, but now add TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Attached is a picture of how the cashier bagged my food items. I work so hard for my money for then a cashier to bag my food without any respect for me or the items I'm purchasing. The manager couldn't even apologize of behalf of the cashier. She stood there silent. No managerial experience to deescalate the matter. The cashier who could overhear me and the manager also offered NO SUPPORT or apology for his terrible job. Everything thrown in without regard for care. I'M SO UPSET. I plan to call the regional manager and share my experience. Traders Joes has always been a store that represents care and support. Today, I received neither."

"I just have to say I love this place for their wide array of beautiful flowers and plants! They are amazingly affordable and I always get flowers here for our house and office. For $30, you can make 8-10 arrangements throughout the house. Their plants are sometimes cheaper than the local nurseries so definitely worth checking out. Their flowers are also cheaper than Whole Foods (and I love Whole Foods)."
