"Wouldn't let me buy a lighter because I wasn't 21?? Also everything is overpriced for its value"
"They have a great selection and the owner is so sweet. He makes costumers feel welcome and answered all our questions."
"I love these guys! They're always super helpful and friendly, greeted with a 'hello' and smile every time I go in. Huge inventory. A little on the pricey side but location feeds convenience."
"Favorite liquor store in SD. They've been there so long, it's an institution. The owner is incredible, so friendly and he loses his mind with excitement whenever I bring my dog. He gets down on the ground to pet her! The place is a little high end, tho, and it took me a while to get used to the wine selection (it's large and pricey, and some of the lower-end wines are overpriced). Word to the wise, if you're buying wine here you're going to spend over $15, probably closer to $20, so get a baby for your buck and just but the $20-25 bottle so that you aren't overcharged. He just racks up the prices for the cheaper wines. The beer selection is beautiful. He really makes good year of his space. He's got popsicles, too, and incense, of course."
"Stopped in last night to pick up some beer and a few pints of Ben and Jerry's. The store is pretty clean and easy to navigate. Parking is a bit of a pain; small lot, even smaller spaces and you're only allowed three minutes. Plus, they have a rent-a-cop "standing watch". So if you exceed the time limit, Mr. Security guard will have your car towed."
