I returned it to Publix, who returned it to the company for inspection. I finally recd'. an apology and a gift card for a very (UN) generous $ 5 to replace it in Feb.2021. I won't buy their products again.Their compensation for this disgusting experience was more of an insult than an incentive to trust them again."

"Reading other posted reviews I'm assumed something strange going on in this facility. My experience was that it's not the fastest cooler on my run, but loading was done nicely and staff is friendly after all. In the OFF SEASON they're starting at 9 AM .. with any luck you are out by 11 AM .. plan accordingly because this can burn your day."

"Ridiculous service. Have to wait hours to take of a overweight pallets happened not once but few times. What a joke for appointments. Will not get loaded before 2 hours at any cost doesn't matter they are less busy. Front window check ins if not you. Hope someone in management looks into it. The good part is they allow u to park there and have some decent restrooms."
