"Over at the Oakridge Mall location little miss Juanita needs to learn some customer service skills and not be rude to paying customers! Today I ordered a wetzel dog my niece wanted it cut up into bite-size pieces so I asked the cashier that was helping me "Juanita", to cut them up she said sure no problem when she handed me the bag she says cut in half I said no cut and bite-size pieces she proceeded to roll her eyes at me and tell me no cut in half and when I corrected her for the third time she then rolled her eyes and proceeded to speak to her other coworker in Spanish thinking that I can't understand what she's saying I may not speak Spanish but I sure can understand it! Needless to say I will not be going back to this location to spend my money ever again!"
"Service was quick. There weren't any jalapeno pretzels ready. Prepared them in 10 min and server super hot. Tasty as usual. Staff were helpful in responding and blissful."
