"As I understand they help muslims, ok sounds good . I emailed them a few months ago, they responded as you recieved your email. Nothing else . Couple days ago I visited their office in Sacramento, I couldn't reach them because you need to make an appointment, fine it was my mistake that I came with no appt. but called them to make one , no one picked up the phone, fine I left a voicemail, no answer yet . No help at all . Very disappointed, this is Ramadan month and at list you can answer my voicemail and say that you are busy. There are a lot of christian organisations and they help everyone , whats is wrong with you ?"
