"It is not a crowded office and the line is orderly. Plenty of seating as of 10AM today. The person at the sign in counter is nice and is professional."

"Had appoitment on wednesday at 1250 , security guards at entrance were extremely rude for no reason , don’t know what were they thinking of themselves , one gurad literally yelled at lady in front of me because she was in wrong queue , they need to learn how to behave . No doubt it was busy inside but officers were really nice and were doing their best. On our way out around 1500 there were new security staff who were nice and talking well to applicants ."

"Our appointment was at 7 and we got in shortly after that. There are two lines outside make sure not to waste your time standing in a long line without asking. The left hand side line was for scheduled appointments and you can enter the bldng. The interview took about 15 min and the officer was nice and professional."

"The worst experience I have ever had in my life. Rude would be better. I feel ashamed to call my self American today. Standing in front of a federal building with food for a federal employee. Treated like absolute trash by Paul Hodges there ARMED "security" gaurd. I"ll be in on Monday to file a formal complaint. If you do have to come to this building start recording once entering. I don't care if you can't it's for your own safety. People need to see"
