"Always crowded, being the only store in Weston Ranch. It would be nice if they used more of their checkout stands during peak hours to get rid of the 10-15 minute wait in line to leave. Yeah, 7 years later... Still always crowded. Probably even worse now. Still the only gig around, so the development is stuck with this rundown store. This is the normal scene when you need to go shopping. Do yourself a favor, come when the night owls are out. They should have a sign for this picture, 30 minutes wait from here."

"Whoever is in charge of this Manthy Road store needs to get a handle of their employees. The store has become so ghetto and so ran down. That is actually quite sad to see it become like this. I’ve called numerous times trying to get someone to check something for me and they were so unprofessional hung up the phone in my face and when I called back he said “you were just asking for some cornbread what do you want us to check.” Is this really the type of person that you want working for your business? Not only did the male employee but also the female employee that answered the phone are both unprofessional, rude and condescending. I had to call at least five or six times just to get them to answer question for me. When the woman answered the phone, she never even stated that it was Food 4 Less..it was a quick hello so I didn’t even know if I was calling the right place or not. I actually called this number several times and she made it seem as if I was calling the wrong number. I get it it must be hell working at the grocery store but geesh at least be professional and be pleasant. Can you imagine if I was an elderly person trying to get some help? If they don’t want to work fire them and actually hire some people that truly want to be there and work instead of seeming like they’re irritated to do what they’re supposed to get paid for. If I could give 0 stars I would!"

"This is like the grocery stores in south Texas. It's mostly a Mexican grocery store. I love it here. So much stuff jammed pack neatly into this building. Always an awesome shopping experience. It always sucks at check out though. It's routinely a 30 minute process to get thru the line. No self checkout. No express lane."
