"My appointment time 11 15 am. I'm arriving in 10 am. Now 3 00 pm my BOL NOT ready!! Super slow facility!!!"

"We brought the load a night before the appointment (midnight), guy at the shack didn’t let us in. No overnight parking, “no parking” signs everywhere around. Let us in at 4am, grabbed the info and said, the office will call for the door assignment. Appointment time was 9:30am. No one called. At 9am driver walked in to the office, they gave the door right away. Didn’t move until driver went to the office again at 11am. Started unloading in 15 minutes. Finished at 12:20pm, was told to wait for the paperwork. Went back to the office at 1:30pm asking what’s going on. Got the paperwork work ready on the desk. They don’t give a thing to other people. Giving 1 Star cuz there’s nothing lower… Baaaad service!!!"

"Five stars because my job is to deliver and not complain about how long it takes like other super tuckers. PS, you can unload your own truck and restack the pallets if you don't want to wait. I arrived at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment, I checked the Google reviews before I arrived so I already knew it would take a while. Luckily my company paid me for detention, and got paid to sleep for 3 hours. After checking in with security I parked in the staging area and waited for a call. Once I got the call I backed into door 4. Overall very smooth with no issues."
