GrowFit in Redwood City is the ultimate summer camp destination for young athletes in California. Located at 3151 Edison Way, our camp at SportsHouse offers a variety of sports and games for kids to enjoy each day, including indoor soccer, volleyball, basketball, badminton, and more. With Kicks Grill providing delicious kid-friendly lunches, campers can fuel up and continue to thrive in a fun and active environment.

At GrowFit, we prioritize the social and emotional growth of our campers by grouping them by age and providing well-trained counselors to lead each group. This allows children to build lasting friendships and connections while participating in a wide range of age-appropriate activities. Our camp is designed to cater to the specific needs of each age group, ensuring that every child has a positive and memorable experience.

Throughout the day, campers engage in nine unique 30-minute games selected from our signature PE curriculum. These games are tailored to each age group, keeping everyone active and entertained. We also include plenty of breaks for snacks, lunch, and a refreshing popsicle break. To end each day on a high note, we have a special tradition called 'shoutouts' where campers and counselors celebrate each other's achievements and efforts.
