"I got my ears pierced here today and Andrea (if I remember correctly), the employee who pierced them, was very kind and thorough in explaining the entire process, including aftercare. She made sure everything was sterile the whole time as well. I also like this Claire's location since there's more of a variety of jewelry than the one near me."

"Took my 5yo to get her ears pierced. The piercer didn't inspire confidence off the bat, but there were no big red flags. Then, she couldn't seem to get the placement right. I finally just took the marker and drew the dots myself. That took forever and, I'm sure, ramped up my daughter's anxiety. Then, she didn't really do much to explain the process to my daughter before she took the gun out and tried to put it on her ear. My daughter was not having it! I talked to my daughter and, once I determined she really didn't want to do it that day, I told the woman we weren't doing it. She was visibly annoyed, probably because she'd opened the earrings already (flawed process. Time mistake, IMO). Ultimately, I was very glad we didn't end up doing it there."

"Came here today to pierce my daughters ears. The lady who was doing piercing was great. My daughter had her ears pierced when she was a baby, and mentioned that she would check first to see if the holes in my daughters ears are still open even though my daughter tried before. Well the worker at Claire's was wonderful and we didn't have to get her ears pierced after all."

She explained the whole process and was very warm and caring to ensure our seven year old wasn't affraid.
