"I’m positive I went to this store and this exact location after much searching on google. This store is not closed. The owners are sweet when you’re buying from them but then turn 180 on you when there is an issue. The man does not know how to do business besides yell at customers and make problems worse. We came in asking if we could get a discount on another item because the item I bought from them two weeks ago had already broken even though the man claimed it was durable and would not break. It broke within a day…not even 24 hours. Since they were nice at first I thought it would be worth going back and asking them. I never raised my voice nor accused him of anything. I just stated the facts. This man got so defensive and started yelling at us and making a scene while we remained calm. It’s just me and my friends and if he feels threatened by 22 year old women he needs to reevaluate his life."
