"This AM&PM gas station is dirty and worn. The front doors are dirty and have not been cleaned. The floors are sticky. Cold beverages are not stocked leaving empty spaces. A radio was blaring and with the sanitary panel I could not understand what the clerk was saying to me. I had visited prior and waited a month but things are worse. I will go to the 7-11 just east on Otay Mesa from now on."
