"On my way to another day of helping seniors improve their Medicare plan, I needed a pick-me-up. I don't drink coffee so it's a Big Gulp Mtn Dew and cookies. Their fountain drinks are well mixed. Their cookies are surprisingly very good."

"This place has a very unpleasant smell when you walk in it is so smelly even my kids complain and have to cover their nose."

"Not all 711 are the same this one is in my neighbourhood and I try to support it . They have a good selection and more than other 711 . Most of the staff are great but there is one younger gentleman that no matter how polite I may be he is alway rude to me even though I’ve never done anything to him . Today I bought gas then needed to put air in my tires I asked him to turn ion the air but when I go to use it nothing happens so I ask him again and he tells me to use another gas station. Where’s the customer service and hospitality it’s not like I just looking to take advantage of there machine I was a paying customer and had just bought gas. For me customer service is a big part of how I score a place . If this guy would have a more helpful attitude I would want to continue to go here but I find myself avoiding the place just because of the way this guy acts every time I have a interaction with him"

"This store doesn't have the prices listed anywhere for foundation drinks and refills. With the exception of one employee, the entire staff here is awful. The man pictured is the owner, and he routinely tries to overcharge me for refills. So do the rest of the employees. I thought they were just poorly trained, or stupid, but it's clear that they are being directed to overcharge. I attached photos of different ways they have tried to overcharge me for the exact same Double Gulp refill. I have complained and no one did anything about it. This location should be sold to someone who isn't committing consumer fraud."
