"** see update below**I've been to this store 3x and each time was a very positive and productive visit. Each employee was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. The store is clean, and comfortable. I would like to add that my service dog has been welcome each time as well. ** this is an update to previous above review... the store was terrible a few months ago, and I never wanted to go back...I went in yesterday because I HAD to get a new phone, and I was SO HAPPY to see the staff was all new, and I was given fantastic service!! Everyone should return to the Hemet AT&T store again!!!! The new manager and his staff have completely turned things back around, and they did an excellent job handling me and all the other customers I saw come in for assistance. I was there at least 3 hours, and it was worth every minute. My service dog loves ❤️ the staff there again too ! Thank you AT&T - I've been with you about 20 years and will continue to stay loyal now!"
