"I had my helix piercing done here, and I will definitely come back! The staff were all kind and welcoming. The equipment was thoroughly sterilized. Chris was very efficient; the piercing part took maybe 10 minutes. For me, there was minimal pain. They also have a wide selection of jewelry, and they’ll help you pick out the most suitable pieces. "I got my first ever actual piercing with Ron this Saturday and it was great! All of my other piercings were done about 15-20 years ago with a piercing gun... and the experience was always bad, pain, swelling and redness for a few days, and I had to let one close because it never healed properly. I wish I had them done properly WAY sooner, I was pretty nervous but to my surprise it was super quick, extremely well done and the pain was way less than I thought it would be. What impressed me the most it's the fact that by the time I got to my car, my ear felt pretty much normal, no redness, no throbbing pain, barely any swelling and at night sleeping wasn't an issue. The shop is great, they have a big selection of jewelry and everyone was really nice. Vanessa was really helpful and explained everything I needed to know, specially with aftercare. Ron was great, answered all mine and my partners questions (since he helps me change my jewelry) and made sure I was happy with my piercing. I will definitely be going back soon, I trust them fully since it was an amazing experience and I couldn't ask for more!"
