"The hotel was disgusting! There is pet urine in the hallways and in the rooms. In addition to the urine, there were people smoking pot in their rooms and the combination of odors was nauseating. As if the odor wasn't bad enough, there were hundreds of ants in our bathroom and were told they would upgrade us but wanted us to check the room out first. The new room had freshly urinated on carpet with carpet fragrance powder on top with all of the windows open to air it out - I refused the room and stayed in the room with the ants. The front desk handed me a can of Raid and said that the Raid should fix the issues. Besides the severe odors and pest control issues, the floors and counters were filthy had sticky substances everywhere, the curtains appeared to have caught fire or been melted at some point, the bath towels were also filthy with black marks and residue. The kitchenette was gross, there was a cutting board that looked as though it has never been cleaned and the icemaker did not work in the freezer. The walls are so thin you can hear everything!!! This place was the definition of a nightmare. Absolutely will NEVER be back there again!!!!"
"We were so impressed by Ms. Maritza & the front desk staff. We chose to stay here due to a Fumigation @ our Apt. building. It happened on our Wedding Anniversary & our dog Bowie's 8th Birthday. They all made us feel safe & @ home. We can't thank them enough for making an inconvenience into a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend them, especially if you want the "home" feeling."
"Do not stay here!!!!!! The worst stay i ever had!!!!! The Hotel looked nice from the outside. If you leave the front desk and go to the elevator the horror begins: the hallways and the elevator smelled so badly me and my family felt like vomiting. All carpets were so dirty... yuk. In our first room it smelled like somebody had smoked. We found an old cigarette between the windows, cable came out of the wall in the kitchen area, there was a dead bug in the fridge and a big old juice stain. The furniture were old and dirty. We went to the front desk and changed the room. The 2nd room was similar (without bug and stain). No dishes etc in the kitchen, all cabinets were sticky. We stayed there for 3 nights. After we had left the Hotel our daughter got sick with an gastrointestinal virus. We had planned an already payed for our next stay in LA (Universal Studios). Due to our daughter`s sickness we were not able to go to Universal. It was her Christmas present. It was a horror trip for our family. After 2 additional days my husband and I got also sick. I do not know who gives this Studio thing great reviews. The pictures on the webside and goggle etc are old. There is no breakfast, the pool was dirty, the pool chairs were partially broken, even the umbrellas. There was really nothing what looks similar to the pictures you can find on the Internet. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!"
"The rooms are spacious with a nice sized bathroom and separate sink area, a kitchenette with full-sized fridge, stove top, microwave, and dish washer!! personally I love the mirrored closet doors. The staff has made me feel comfortable here and been helpful and kind to me, especially Maritza, Jessica, Victor, and Anahi. All of them have really gone above and beyond for me. I send out a lot of packages for my online business and they always print out my shipping labels for me with a smile on their face, they call my room to let me know when I have received a package and they never make me feel like I’m bothering them and I really appreciate that. Victor especially went above and beyond when we had a plumbing issue in our room and all our towels got wet, since there were no towels at the time he took it upon himself to wash the wet ones I had brought down so that we could have towels. He could have just said sorry we don’t have any ready at the moment, but instead he went the extra mile and that was so kind of him. I am starting to get to know some of the staff members here better over time, and they are awesome. Especially the ones I mentioned. They definitely deserve some acknowledgment, so I hope their boss knows just how hard they work to make us guests feel comfortable and welcome. That is everything when it comes to a place to stay."
"I am writing this review to update my previous review based on the interactions I've since had and to reflect on the entirety of my experience at this hotel. Upon closer reflection, and after discussing this with my girlfriend, who pointed out to me that I never actually made any complaints to the hotel staff before I submitted my review, I've realized I got a little ahead of myself with my initial review. I can admit that it probably would've been better to make the hotel staff aware of a problem first so they could have a fair chance to resolve the issue. it is true that I never gave the staff members any notice that I wasn't satisfied with all the things I brought up in my first review. After they became aware of the issues, they were actually quite helpful in resolving everything to my satisfaction. And if you couldn't already tell, I'm not the easiest person to please. That being said, the hotel customer service did reach out to me in a timely manner, basically right away, and they took the time to assure me I only needed to bring to their attention the things I had been upset about then they would do their best to rectify it. They were actually very professional in how they treated me, even after I said some not so kind things about them in my initial review. For that alone, they gained a lot of respect from me. At this point I'd like to say thank you to the hotel staff members who were able to promptly respond to my first review and who impressed me with their degree of professionalism. I take back what I said about not feeling valued as a customer- in fact, this experience has taught me the value of remembering to exercise a little bit of patience and that by being assertive in communicating my needs/expectations, I give people a chance to show off how remarkable they are at providing excellent service. Last but not least, my sincerest apologies for flying off the handle in my last review and especially to the staff members I spoke about so rudely. I was upset about a couple things but that's no excuse for the tone I took towards people doing their best to do their jobs- I am truly sorry for my callousness. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone."
