"Price gouging so bad its vulgar. I am frequently at this location. No exaggeration I probably spend $300-$500 per month shipping items at this store. I had five small items shipped there due to travel and I was charged $25 PER BOX to pick up!! I expected to pay something but $125?!?! I can have items shipped to Fedex and pick up for FREE. So much as changed since this absentee owner who lives in Florida has taken over. Apparently he thinks Californians—especially Carlsbad residents are stupid. There are MANY shipping options and they will get my $ from now on. I encourage everyone to NOT give this location your money. The staff is nice and they all work hard. Its a shame the greed of the owner makes their work lives harder."

"Very nice little UPS store here in Carlsbad customer service was exceptional Their employee Shane went out of his way to help me and my shipping needs with Amazon and made me very comfortable even though they were errors from Amazon and he helped me get them straightened out It reflects that the ownership and management of this location select their employees well for good customer service it's really good these days to have customer service that helps you out"

"The worst UPS store around!! Stay away. They refused to tape my box closed….a 6 inch piece needed. Absentee owner has lost control or his mind. And Bethany, the manager is quoting tape prices!! Customer service is terrible and unfriendly! Go somewhere else that will tape your box. Maybe if enough people stop using this location the owner will wake up!"

"The people who are there to notarize do not know how to be notaries, messed up my original document, blamed me for it, proceeded to gang up on me and talk to me like I’m stupid. I’ve never worked with a notary who didn’t know the rules and procedures. They made me pay to have it notarized all over again. Poorly managed and extremely rude people. Go to UPS store on Palomar Road and El Camino, where the workers and managers are actually helpful and pleasant."

"I live around the corner and come to this store frequently. Every time I go in the young staff (Chris, Ella, D, Dre) are super helpful and maintain professional decorum even when customers are not being courteous to them. Please remember that if there is a long line, #1 you're just as much a part of the long line for whoever's behind you. #2 it is not the store staff's doing."
