7-Eleven

"The main woman with crazy, colored hair there I swear is on meth constantly. The other woman( African American), just simply has no care. Rushed though my transaction and after I said I wanted to put my change on a pump for gas, she handed me my cash back instead and I had to ask again to put my change on a pump, which then the other girl took over as the other one walked away. Both women didn't let me use my phone number for 11 cents off a gallon and then instead of putting my change of 18.64 on the pump, she put 18.46 because she was in such a damn hurry. Please drug test your employees."

"I had an extremely disappointing experience at a 7-Eleven today 8/29 at around 5pm. The female worker's customer service was shockingly poor. She was mopping the floor using her feet and two rags, and when my kids and I were in line, she looked at us and rudely said, "Do you see me? Move out of my way." After completing my transaction, I mustered the courage to ask for an apology for her disrespectful behavior. Instead of acknowledging her mistake, she became even more defensive and confrontational, taking steps towards me. This incident left me appalled by the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the employee. She was not only rude to me but to her other co workers who was stocking. My family comes here often, we are previous franchise 7 eleven owners and expect more out of employees. She has always been rude with my family. I will go to another store from now because my kids were honestly terrified and scared she was going to hurt me. They ran into the car and their doors."

"I believe customer service is the most important part, but the white guy with beard is the most rude person. He would give customers a hard time for no reason. U need to educate him on customer service skills or just hire someone right for the job. We are not coming to ur store again"

"This has to be the worst 7/11 I have gone to so far their coffee bar is lacking basic things like large cups, they don't even have cold brew coffee they only have that chokomilk stuff. The place is small is very lacking and depressing don't come here."
