"Horrific service from the old guy working night. We got horchata for the National Horchata Day deal. There was even a sticker with the deal, and a clear label saying Dirty Horchata. He kept shaking his head, saying it "wasn't horchata" and that we "should've asked him." What were we supposed to ask when it was clearly labeled? The guy behind us did the same thing. We all had to just leave the drinks we filled because he refused to figure anything out, just kept shaking his head and blaming us, even yelling at us. If three different people did the same thing, maybe you're the one who's wrong? But he didn't even try to look himself to see that there was a clear label."
