"Very nice and knowledgeable staff. They took the time needed to inform us about their ear piercing services despite being so busy. The person who did the actual piercing was highly professional. She pierced a great number of clients before it was my daughter's turn, and right before, she had to pierce a tiny baby girl. The baby didn't even cry. It's been a few weeks since the procedure, and my daughter's ears have healed up nicely. I would recommend them time and time again."

"Julie made a return so difficult it was supposed to be an even exchange. She wanted me to pay $2.70 extra. I told her why she couldn’t explain. She said if I were you, I would just pay It’s only 2.70 but when I would ask her why she couldn’t explain why she was very rude even called me broke for $2.70 never dealt with this at Claire’s."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about THIS Clair's store! I went in October and got my ears pierced, the woman who pierced my ears was professional, friendly and knew what she was doing. I had great success with that visit. Today I went back again to get a second ear piercing and the same woman was there, her name is Anaise (sp?) SHE is awesome!! Did a great job with the second ear piercing, BUT also helped me pick out gifts for everyone, including myself. She pointed out all the sales, and there's tons, and took her time to explain everything!! I am very grateful for her EXCELLENT customer service!! Thank you!!!"
