"Not recommended by us. A party of 3. My granddaughter was abandoned mid process and received a single coat of color. A top coat was brushed on by another employee. Another guest who was with me was also abandoned and waited more than 30 minutes before someone said the nails were finally dry. Waxing...lousy job there. Employee was rough and did not ensure hair removal was complete. Evidently our needs were second to the friends when they arrived. Deplorable work ethics. I was so disappointed with the time we took to try this salon. Should have gone to Vogue."

"Well I have been coming to Dream Nails for 8-9 years, loyal customer along with my 2 daughters and granddaughters. Today there were 4 of us, had appointments and still waited 30+ minutes in chairs with no water etc. it was my granddaughters 7th birthday and this it what she picked for her celebration. After waiting all that time Kathy came and wanted my youngest granddaughter to sit on my lap so she could do one of her clients. Um no, we have appointment, she didn’t like my response I guess as . I’ve never seen an employee get so angry, she was so rude to us! I was shocked, truly. If it hadn’t been my granddaughters birthday we would have left! I sit here tonight thinking about it and am still shocked. We will be finding another salon. Good luck keeping customers with employees treating them like this!"

"I read many reviews on Dream nails & Spa and had high expectations walking in. Kathy did my powder dip manicure and it came out perfect. This is the 4th nail salon I have tried for a dip powder manicure, and it was by far the best experience. Kathy was very meticulous when she trimmed my cuticles and when she shaped my nails. She constantly checked both hands to make sure all nails were evenly shaped. She took her time and made sure each coat of dip gel was eventually applied to the entire nail, not missing any corners and not getting any on my skin (something none of the 4 salons I went to previously did). This will definitely be my go to salon from now on. Just a tip, try to call ahead to schedule an appointment. I called earlier in the day to schedule an appointment at 5:30pm. When I arrived the salon was pretty empty, but after 6pm it became quite crowded with both appointments and walk-ins."

"I usually get my nails done from Tiffany however she’s on vacation and I had a chance to get it done from one of the other nail artist. First Image is what I asked for and second image is what I got . Throughout the whole service I had to keep reinforcing where color was missing and the shape was off but I was so done after I kept telling her couple times and wanted to just get done with it and leave since I was there for almost more than an hour ."
