"We have done my son ear piercing at this location. They have done piercing with toddler size to 16 year old one.The piercing diamond went inside the earlobe within 2 weeks and one of the member said she will remove and do it for free.But when I go other day,waited for 30 min shop opened late.when i go second time,there was another assistant who was so rude and very impolite. Instead of fixing problem, she blame us to choose the ear ring.Not recommend to do piercing at this location"

"I got an earlobe piercing here and my experience was really good. It was the first time I was pierced with a gun and it was much less painful than I expected. They also give you a 20% discount on anything you buy in the store that day which is nice and currently, you get free earrings every month for a year when you get pierced. My piercer was nice and explained everything to me. Really good experience overall."

"I asked if the ear piercing service is available and the lady said she’s working with someone right now. I waited until they finished. Then it was busy for a while in the shop, and I asked the lady for 3 times if I could get my ears pierced now, but she was just saying book it online very carelessly even if it’s not busy in the shop at that time and she said they were available all day for it. I am tired for her attitude."

"Last Sunday, Mother's Day, I called the store in Livermore around 4 pm to ask if they were working on ear piercings. She confirmed “yes” until 6:30 pm (unfortunately I forgot to ask the woman's name). So I drove my two daughters there for 25 minutes so the three of us could get our ears pierced together. It was very difficult to find a parking space and tiring to walk a long way to gets to the store. Even so, we were inside at 5pm. We were excited and happy until we heard the clerk say that the only ear-piercing machine had just been broken by the last customer minutes ago. *My biggest outrage is: How can a shop specializing in a particular job have a SINGLE ear-piercing machine? *Another question that intrigues me: Does this chain of stores really offer a specialist to carry out this work as described on the store's website? *One last question: To what extent would this service actually be free????? For me this type of company has no credibility and we will definitely not go back there ever again!"
