"Williams medical center is a joke. People just need to go to pharmacies in stores because Williams medical center is not here for people that are diabetics their too busy trying not to help people and carry products that help people."

"Of all the customer service outlets I have dealt with, the service and personal attention from William's Medical is the worst I have experienced. Not only have my orders been incomplete or just plain wrong most of the time , the condescending attitude I get from customer service is appalling. In the past 6 months I have been unable to get anyone to answer the phone, and when I finally get someone to return my call, usually the next day, I get attitude as if I'm the one that's wrong. If any one thing would make this operation better, it would be improved communication, because theirs is the worst."

"I been going here for some years now 10+ the service was some of tge best ever. The service they have now with these new and younger employees is nowhere near the standard it use to be. They use to answer the phone give what you need, now it's a strain to get in touch with them now I drive a hour away so I always call and see if they have the product. It's been a couple of times where I just come but they won't have it. They use to have plenty product in stock now it's just seem like the company is trying to save money for themslves I wishthe people that use to work there was still there you can tell this is not the same customer service and its not good where I'm looking to go elsewhere"

"After much research, we purchased my dad’s new hospital bed from Williams. Excellent decision! From the visit to the brick & mortar store through the delivery it was a great experience! The young woman who initially talked with me was quite knowledgeable & helpful. She furnished a card with contact information. I called back & soon received an email from Matt Parks. Matt walked me through the entire process on the phone. I looked up info on the bed & ordered it. Delivery & set up was a breeze! Bryan called to alert me that he was on the way. Once he arrived, Bryan carried in bed & totally assembled it, then checked function. He demonstrated use before leaving the house. I see why Williams has been in business for decades! This company is a class act!"

"CPAP mask in a flash! I brought my head gear, tubes, and the unit itself, but the mask is currently under my bed 500 MI away. Thankfully the wonderful people at Williams medical were able to get me in and out and under 5 minutes with a brand new mask! If you're out of town or trying to get a good night's sleep in Nashville, but you forgot your stuff, this is where you need to go! Thanks guys!"
