"We had an electrical issue with our trailer on the way to the southern Cal desert while going south on I 5. Found Toscano TVCenter with google search in Los Banos. Pulled into their center, greated by the friendly receptionist who immediately beckoned service manager Bobby Sousa who described the options available. Following my decision, Booby assigned tech Vicente who within an hour had us back on the road at a very reasonable repair cost. All RV centers should be so easy and responsive!!!"

"2022 Lance 1575. I am struggling with my rating. On one hand, it should be a 1, and on the other hand a 5. Average rating is a 3. After giving some thought to this and wanting to be fair, I am going with a 5. David and John treated me great; first with the initial sale over the internet and phone, and then arriving to pick up the trailer and completing the paperwork. All was the same as agreed upon via text, phone and internet. So why consider a 1 rating? Communication. I live two hours away and had a very tight schedule due to upcoming surgery. The night before picking up the trailer, David informed me the prep department was not informed to prep the trailer. How could have this happened, especially David knowing of my tight schedule? Next, there was knowledge at Lance Factory of a Trailer Disconnect switch issue from the previous owner under warranty. I feel the dealership should have known about this issue, because the previous owner must have informed the dealership of this issue along with other issue involving the trailer. I'm assuming this latter comment. Nonetheless, communication. Dissemination of this issue, Trailer Disconnect switch, would have caused less problems for me getting this corrected. Luckly, I had factory warranty even though this trailer was one year old. "The trailer was never used by the previous owner." So why a 5 rating? This 2022 Lance 1575 trailer's first owner had issues with Lance Factory that lead to returning the trailer back to the dealership and settling whatever issues needed to be done to please the previous owner. Probably, all parties involved were glad once the issues were resolved. Somehow the Trailer Disconnect issue wasn't passed along and prepping the trailer for delivery took a back seat. This purchase involved a special scenario and I feel a low review rating would not be fair. Just make sure you communicate and follow up on all transactions such as prepping your trailer."

"We purchased our Rockwood 2706WS in April 2023 from them and overall had a very good experience. I definitely didn't get that "car salesman" vibe, like I did from another dealer. Dealing with Toscano was smooth, they were not pushy, and they seemed sincere about trying to accommodate our needs. Even though it was a bit of a drive from where we are, it was worth it.
