"This 7-11 is the worst and it's the closest to my house. I'm here right now at 1130pm and the guy has the doors locked and will not let anyone inside with 5 people just waiting in their cars. The staff is rude and the place is not clean at all."
"I got one big gulp and had to pay for 3"
"Not open 24 hours. Came at around 4:05 AM to just get some milk. Doors were locked and a guy was mopping saying 20 minutes. Not the first time doors have been closed for almost an hour around this hour. If time is needed to clean that's fine, but at least update the hours rather than having someone waste a trip. Eventually he did open the door after I waited about 25 minutes, and while two other people came and started waiting too. He did apologize and said the doors were closed so he could mop. I feel bad for those who are in a rush, 2-3 cars came and went when they saw they were closed while I waited."
"First-time visit in over 12 years. Prince was kind, hospitable, patient n friendly. Lots to buy, many beverages, snacks, hot& cold food2go, Cookies, treats, fresh flowers, smokes, newspaper, wipes, sanitizers n more! Lots of nice and friendly people come in & out of 711 plus it's in a good location. Clean¬ dirty compared to other local businesses."
"Low class. I lost my bank card, went in with change for a pack of smokes, and was told they wouldn't take change. I could understand if I walked in with a 1000 pennies but, this was silver, and he refused U S. Currency. Now that's just lazy. I went to another 7-11 on Mckee & White just before and was told the same thing. You know who was happy to take my currency? Quick Stop. As a young adult I worked at 7-11 for about 8 years, and now I can tell you I won't be a customer anymore. Done with rude employees talking on the phone the whole time they're supposed to be working the register, and actually interacting with customers anyways. Y'all's standards have gone to the birds. Quick Stop now gets my business, 2 more intersections away and well worth it."
