"Get ready for a horrid experience with this company. My friend just recounted a bad experience she had with her kid last semester and felt it was time to expose this company. Here are 10 reasons why I requested my child’s school stop using them and why…. 1. Don’t bother calling. The number is routed to a call center in Ontario, the studio has no phone line. So whatever they tell you mostly is not true, ie props or even setting up an appointment. 2. The studio could have mosquitoes, hope you are allergic. 3. The staff doesn’t care. They want you in and out. Maybe you can upgrade a package, but the photographers will resent you. 4. Check to make sure the clothing is clean and stain-free. They use the same rags on all the students and wash them less than they should. 5. Equipment is old, constantly malfunctioning and breaks. The photo quality is okay but the photography style is outdated. 6. Everyone who works there is lost and doesn’t know whats going on. Management is struggling to keep schools happy with their low budget and dirty sets. 7. Staff doesn’t care. You can see it in their face. I’m sure they are overworked and underpaid. I’ve had a couple of my kids photograph here and hardly ever see the same face. 8. Photos are too expensive for the quality! And why do they charge you a “sit fee” just to take the photos??? I nagged my child’s school to switch to Jostens and thank God I did!!! The quality and experience was 1000% better. 9. Whenever they came to our school it was always chaotic. I don’t see why the school or the company bothers with that anymore. The team at the school looked more annoyed than the ones I’ve been at the studio. I wonder what happened, Prestige took my portraits back in the early 90s and I loved it. 10. I found out that this company support Israel. I have family and friends from Palestine. So ethically, I can and would never support a company who thinks war crimes are not war crimes. I hope you don’t either."

"Garbage customer service. Website options don't match what's offered in the order form that comes with the proofs. Good luck talking to an actual person."

"AJ was awesome! her attention to detail was exemplary. It's not the first time I have one of my children take senior pictures but it's definitely the best experience I've had. AJ has a way of making people feel special. It all started by her bringing a chair for me and my son to sit-in then her introducing herself and explaining the process my daughter will be going through while taking pictures. My daughter felt comfortable and confident. AJ has something that has been lost and that is an quallity customer service. Thank you AJ for making my daughter's senior picture day feel so special."

"I would give a -1 star if I could. My son had an appointment at his school this morning and the photographers did not show. After the typical horrible customer service companies provide and I got transferred around and around, I was told he would receive no refund as appointments are non-refundable. They would however schedule another appointment with me and wanted that money upfront. This doesn't even make sense."

"Honestly, I took my senior portraits just recently of November 25, 2020! Everything was fine, my parents and I booked an appointment early just like I’m supposed to. As we got there, they took COVID precautions pretty good. Social distancing, limiting people in the building, masks on at all times. I just received my pictures and I honestly love the way they looked. I appreciate the time and effort the photographers have done just to take my pictures. They came out expected the way I wanted it to look! But, I will have to complain about the most outrageous and most unreasonable types of PRICING. Yes, I completely understand that senior portraits are absolutely time consuming and expect a price to pay. But I’m sorry, it’s ridiculous how the pictures are over priced. It’s business yeah, but the packages each package amount has is not a good amount. 1 pose is $200+tax&shipping. I wanted at least 2-3 poses but it’s $360+tax&shipping. Not everyone is fortunate to pay that much money for pictures. So disappointing that I only had to get 1 pose. The pricing for 2-3 poses is ridiculous. I would not recommend at all whatsoever to buy so much pictures. It’s pointless at their price range. Overall staff, employees were kind and did a good job taking my pictures. But you guys seriously got to check on your pricing."
