"My wife and I were excited to have a new Twice Daily open less than a mile from our home however, after a very short time, all fuel pumps stopped accepting our debit cards. I would always get the message "please see a cashier." After several different stops/attempts, I gave up and returned to Thornton's where our debit cards are always accepted. Today, after dropping my son off at school, I decided to give them another try. Guess what...my debit card wasn't accepted..."Please see a cashier." This time I went inside and visited with a cashier, whom, I must say was friendly. When I inquired as to why my debit card was never accepted, she informed me that there was a problem with the pumps, and that the pumps didn't always accept debit cards. This pump problem has been ongoing for MONTHS. If your a brand new C-store and your primary customer draw is gas, how could leadership not know about this ONGOING PROBLEM and excersise due diligence to correct it?!?! It doesn't matter to me how convenient your location is, how new and pretty it is, if your gas pumps can't/won't accept debit cards, we're not going to patronize your business!"
