"We spent a Sunday afternoon at this establishment, as it looked like it would be fun for all. It is a great idea, with a variety of things to do. However, our food and service were NOT good. Our food was brought out without napkins or silverware, and that took 20 minutes to get, so yes, our food was then cold. The dishes had very little flavor. My daughter's fries were cold, and again, we had to wait a long time for ketchup. No one offered a refill for her drink or asked us if we wanted another drink. We were told we had to pay because of shift change, but in the 4 times that the waiter told us we had to pay right then, he never picked up a dirty dish, asked how we were or if we wanted another drink. We continued to hang out for another hour and a half and no one asked if we wanted a drink. I have called twice and emailed the location and no reply at all. Seems they don't really care....."

"The place is really cute inside. We had a large group and when we walked in they said to sit at a table and don't order from the bar order from your waitress. When the waitress came to take orders I asked hee to come back to me since I was not ready to order. She finished taking all the orders and then forgot to come back to me. She brought out everyones drinks and still did not come back to me. 10-15 minutes later she came and took my order but it never arrived. I finally just went to the bar and ordered my drink. She saw me at do that and came over and said that they had not started my drink and they have 1 on the house. I was ok with this. The drink was very yummy!! We ordered fries and cauliflower dip it was all good!"

"First time at PBS in San Diego, and I had an awesome time. Our server had the best energy, and the food was great. Everything came out in a timely matter. Angel, the floor manager, checked on us, which showed exceptional customer service. Keep up the outstanding work, and I look forward to eating here again next time I'm in San Diego."

"Had Brussels, wings, a burger, loaded fries. Brussels are definitely a must, nice crispy sweet & savory. The cilantro wings were not crispy, didn't have much flavor so I'd probably pass on it for next time. The bison fries were also very crispy and loaded evenly. The knockoff burger is a solid burger. Drinks were all pretty good, I liked the mezcal drink didn't have too much of a smoky taste but otherwise was very refreshing. Service was very slow. Felt like the waitress was taking on more than she could handle but was otherwise a very friendly."
