They loved it so much that we bought a family package and now all 4 of us will be returning. They even hooked us up with free pics. And all the staff was very knowledgeable and warm"

"Our daughter's birthday party was marred by several significant issues that left us deeply disappointed: - Despite paying a hefty $1500 for the party of 13 kids (maximum allowed), many kids did not enjoy it. Out of the 13 children present, 5 became extremely uncomfortable due to the absence of proper headgear with face shield to shield them from the fast-moving air. They only provided eye-glasses with separate helmet and not fully covered face shield helmet. We were shocked to learn that this safety equipment was not automatically provided and were told we should have requested it and pay additional amount for that. As first-time customers, how were we supposed to know this? - Our attempts to communicate with the manager were met with utter disregard. Emails and calls went unanswered, reflecting a level of unprofessionalism we did not expect. - After the event was booked and payment was made, we were left in the dark. Our attempts to reach out to the local center were redirected to a centralized head office that failed to provide relevant assistance. - The promised inclusion of a good quality pizza with the $1500 birthday package turned out to be nothing more than Domino's pizza, far below our expectations in terms of quality. In summary, this experience was a disappointment for many young kids in attendance and they did not seem to enjoy it. The other group of kids had a great time.."

"whirling around in the air while a fan blows you high above a metal rack how fun it must be to be in that chamber! I like the system they have here from getting you checked in to getting you to wait your turn for the small school course they have you take and then finally going into fly around and have fun. I'm not sure if I would ever pay $500 to blow myself into the are a few times with my friends but people seem to really like it! I think I would go as a group and maybe chip in $80 to $100 though I guess, but my kids really loved it it was part of a birthday party deal so I went and they seem to have a lot of fun doing it it's a good place to be!"

"Really fun! My kids had a blast! I want to come back and try it. It's pretty pricey though for such a short amount of flying time! I was expecting at least 10-15min for the price but you only get a couple minutes (literally 2 mins) and if you pay and additional $20 you get one more minute (60 seconds) of "high fly time" where they take you up about 20-30 feet. The instructors were very nice and do a great job teaching. It was cool to see them fly at the end and do their tricks! They should have a buy 10 get one free deal or something for frequent fliers to motivate people to come back. The 50% off is good but what if someone wants to come in a bunch of times?"
