"I purchased their PT1 Inr test monitor to check my Inr at home, but this machine no longer is supported by Coag-Sense. After conracting Coag-Sense I was told that I would have to purchase a new monitor and that they will not provide an exchange or trade in. I would have to purchase a newer model at full cost. This doesnt seem fair as I faithfully used their product and was not party to their discontinuance decision. The new PT2 unit will cost me ANOTHER $850. The meter I have is trash even though it works just fine."
