"Met a super rude employee "Stoney" with anger issues, while picking up photos. He does not deserve to work in public facing jobs. He asked for copyright release of professional school photos from dorian studio, I showed him on phone. He then said it had to be on paper signed by photographer. It's 2023, nothing is on paper now a days. Then I requested to have my already paid for photos shredded, since he wouldn't give it to me.. he tore up the photos furiously, throwing in trash, muttering that we don't have shredder and this is what we do. I could't believe my eye. I captured his picture with tore up photos in hand, can provide to management/corporate office."
"The Walgreens photo section is really just part of the same Walgreens store. not sure what Google maps separates them, but in any event I would point out that the photo section is also the area that handles shipping and receiving of packages, as well as taking passport photos, and printing other pictures. They can be a little bit understaffed at times but on the whole it's ok."
"DO NOT go there! I wanted to take a passport photo. They took a photo with my head tilted, which is clearly not meeting the standard. They promised to photoshop it. But they didn't. They still charged me. Shame on you. Will never come back to this place. I might as well do it by myself."
