"When I came in the Litttle GIRLS behind the counter were on there phones. They were rude to me and my WIFE. AND they didn't even hand us our ice creams. There customer service was just like there demeanor. Horrendous. Customers serve better. And I hope they can be more mature on how they treat people."

"I’ve been to this location multiple times since it first opened! I haven’t been back there since I moved away which was about 9 years ago but every experience I’ve had here has been great! I have very fond memories of this place! I used to come here with my mom! She loves this location too! I looked around on Google Maps & out of all the Menchie’s locations in the South, this location had the highest rating out of them all! Congratulations! You’ve earned it! Keep up the good work! "I came here a few nights ago and there was this young african american man and there was this other guy I asked the guy and he said he was from Palestine which was very intresting and they were honestly the best employees I ever have experienced in my life. No kidding! First time going to menchies and honestly they taught me everything where all the flavors are and they let me try them in the sample cups and just the hospitality in general was amazing those kids made my night I will most definitely be coming back!"

"Just don’t order a cake is all I can say.. The owners wife rushed & threw this atrocious mess together in the last 15 mins before it was due. I grabbed their icing piper, cherry’s and oreo’s and decorated it in the menchies myself she obviously could care less what it looked like. Your customers are having birthday parties it’s a special day for someone ..don’t ruin it ..take the time to make sure it’s aesthetically pleasing . Photos speak louder than words."
